How it works
Solvex keeps one shared, factual record of a tenancy from the first day to the last.
For landlords
- 1Create the tenancy record: property, tenant, dates and deposit.
- 2Send the tenant an invitation link by email or SMS.
- 3Add your move-in photos room by room.
- 4At the end of the tenancy, add move-out photos and compare.
For tenants
- 1Open the invitation link and sign in.
- 2Confirm each fact, or suggest a correction with a reason.
- 3Add your own move-in photos. Acknowledge the landlord's items.
- 4If you disagree at move-out, register a dispute record and download the case file.
Questions
Does Solvex hold my deposit?
No. Solvex records the deposit details. The money stays with whoever received it.
Does Solvex decide disputes?
No. Solvex keeps both sides' statements and evidence. Any decision is made outside Solvex, for example by agreement or by the competent authority.
Can the other party change my photos?
No. Each party's items are kept as uploaded, with a fingerprint. Nobody can edit another party's record.
Is this an official government service?
No. Solvex is an independent service under review.
