Register a dispute record
Description
When you disagree about the deposit or the condition of the home, register a factual dispute record. Each side writes its own statement and links evidence. Solvex keeps the record; any decision is made outside Solvex.
Steps
- 1Open the case and choose "Register a dispute record".
- 2Pick a category and describe what happened in your own words.
- 3Link the evidence items you rely on.
- 4Optionally enter the amount you are asking about.
- 5Submit. The other party is invited to respond.

- Evidence items already on the case

About 10 minutes.
Terms
- This is not a legal claim and does not replace the Rental Dispute Settlement Centre or a court.
- The other party's silence is not agreement.
- Statements are never edited by Solvex.
What you receive
- A dispute record with both statements
- Status tracking until an outside outcome is recorded
