Move-in record
Description
Record the condition of the home when you move in, room by room. Each photo is stored as the original file with a fingerprint and the time the server received it. The landlord and tenant each keep their own record.
Steps
- 1Open the case and choose "Move-in record".
- 2Go room by room: add photos, a short caption and a condition note.
- 3Add meter readings and the number of keys.
- 4Review and submit. The other party can acknowledge or comment.
What you need
- A phone or camera
- About 20 minutes in the home
- Good light in each room

About 20 minutes.
Terms
- Avoid photographing people, ID cards or private papers.
- Acknowledging an item means you have seen it. It does not mean you agree.
- Solvex does not judge damage or compare photos automatically.
